If you aren't satisfied with the product you received, following is the rule of return & exchange.

UNCONDITIONAL is committed to exchange or refund any product that would not suit your expectations if returned within 30 days of its actual receipt (this allows for any delays on our side in the sending of your order ).

For returns, the shipping and return costs are at your expense ( if you have qualified for free shipping , and you then decide to return the item/s the initial cost of delivery will be applied and taken from the refund - unless the item is faulty or is being exchanged for another model or item) . Please make sure that any returns are sent with the order number and your name clearly included as a minimum.

In order to return an item, please contact our customer service via email preferably using the contact link at the main menu of the website, stating your order reference number. We will try our best to assist you as soon as possible. To facilitate your request, do email your inquiry with the picture(s) of your item(s) & its condition and your order details for our record purposes. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your issuing bank).

Cancellation/Changes

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.  We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
